Glenelly Recruitment Solutions specialises in supplying clients within the Construction, IT & Technology, Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution sectors.
We will be the first to point out that the recruitment industry has its fair share of issues but we do things differently here, we are 100% transparent and unapologetically honest. We care about our clients and our candidates and cannot stand the smoke and mirrors that normally comes with this line of work.

Meet the management team
Sam Glover - Cofounder and Director
​
Sam has a unique approach to recruitment and after 7 years of corporate recruitment he finally had enough and decided to Cofound Glenelly Recruitment Solutions. He is unforgivingly honest and transparent and he instils those ethics across the business. He genuinely cares about his customers and is not afraid to call a spade a spade. Sam knows his industry exceptionally well and would do anything in his power to ensure he is and the company is delivering on what has been promised.

In his spare time he can be found out on his road bike cycling around the North East coast of Scotland or hiking with his partner Ellen and their little dog Bean.

Alex Jackson - Operations Manager​
​
Alex started his recruitment career 7 years ago with a small boutique agency where he learned the value of building strong relationships and the importance of delivery. After a period of 2 years learning the basics of recruitment, Alex moved onto a Construction Recruitment agency with multiple offices around the country. Over the next 4 and a half years Alex became the key member of staff within the Manchester office
and was responsible for delivering over 70% of the turnover as well as mentoring less experienced members of the team. It was during this period that Alex met Sam and when Sam came to him with the opportunity to become a member of the Management team here at Glenelly he welcomed the opportunity with open arms.

Neal Bath - IT & Technology lead​

Neal has over 10 years of IT recruitment experience working across perm and contract requirements within a variety of different industries from Manufacturing to Oil and Gas through to Power Generation. Like everyone else in the business Neal believes in absolute transparency and has demonstrated that throughout his career and this is one of the reasons his clients keep coming back to him.
Over the years he has placed Software Developers and Testers across the range of programming languages and platforms -Java, C/C++, C#, .Net, Python, HTML, JavaScript, LabView to name a few as well as working with IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, IT Managers, Application Support Analysts, Technical Authors, Systems Engineers and Administrators, Cloud Engineers Research Scientists, Data Scientists, Signal Processing Engineers and Machine Learning Specialists.

Ellen Morrison - HR & Administration Manager

Over the last 5 years, Ellen worked as an Office Manager for a recruitment agency, and then a digital ecommerce agency. From HR duties, internal recruitment, and managing staff engagement initiatives, her experience is very varied but her main passion lies in staff well-being, ensuring all team member feel supported and cared for in their roles.
